SC Capital Partners acquires strategic industrial asset.

We are delighted to announce our latest venture with SC Capital Partners, who successfully acquired a strategic industrial asset in South-East Queensland for $23.2 million.

333 Industrial played a pivotal role in sourcing the property and will assist in developing the surplus land acquired and managing the asset on behalf of SC Capital Partners.
